Client Named Insureds Security
Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to the named insured tab and functions within as well as items on the units at risk tab.
To Grant Access
- Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select a security template.
- Click [edit].
- Open Resource Groups > Client.
- In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Named Insureds:
- View: Activates or dims the named insureds tab and allows viewing of the Named Insureds card on the units at risk tab.
- Add: Activates or removes the [Add New] link on the Named Insured Summary screen, the [Copy] link on the named insured details screen and activates or dims the Named Insured option in the [Add New] cascading menu on the units at risk tab.
- Modify: Activates or removes the [Save] link on the named insured details screen and the [Inactivate] / [Activate] link on the named insured details screen.
- Delete: Activates or dims the Remove
icon located on the Named Insured Summary screen.
- Import: Activates or dims the [Import] link on the Named Insured Summary screen.
- Export: Activates or dims the [Export] link on the Named Insured Summary screen.
- In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
- On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
